What insurance do you accept?​​

• Aetna​, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, Medicare, MedCost, Tricare, United Healthcare, And more.

  • Please note there are some subplans from the companies listed above that we do not accept, so be sure to give us a call to verify you are in network with us.

What happens if I want to see you and I have an insurance plan that you do not file? 

• We are happy to furnish an itemized bill to submit to your insurance or to justify use of HSA/FSA funds.​

What if I am uninsured or want to use flexible spending account funds?  

• ​We have a fee schedule for services which are to be paid in full on the day of the visit.  Please contact our office for more details.

Is there a cancellation policy?

• ​All patients will be charged a $50 fee if they no show their appointment or if they cancel within 24 hours of their appointment. ​​​
